Canceling Your Order
After you have clicked "Confirm Order", your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order.
To cancel your order prior to shipment, you must contact customer service. Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Items that were specially configured by you are custom manufactured and cannot be canceled once production has commenced.

Q: Who should I contact with questions concerning warranty?
A: Contact us directly with questions concerning warranty. If you contact customer service please specify the product name,online item number and transaction number in your e-mail.
Q: Do you offer extended warranties for any products?
A: We do not currently offer or extend product warranties for any products.
Q: How do I know your PDair products are authentic?
A: We guarantee all of our PDair products are genuine and authentic.

Our Shopping Cart
When you shop at tbeyond.com and add an item to your cart, it is saved in your Shopping Cart. The Shopping Cart holds products you wish to purchase while you shop, the same way you use a shopping cart in a retail store. Options in the Shopping Cart:
Update the quantity
To do this, simply type in the quantity you wish to purchase and click "Update"
Remove an item from your Shopping Cart.
To remove an item, click on the checkbox below the Remove heading. This checkbox is just to the left of the photograph of the product.Then click "Update" button
Continue shopping
If you wish to continue shopping on tbeyond.com, click on "Continue Shopping" to search the site for additional items. At any time during your shopping experience, you can return to your Shopping Cart by clicking on "Cart Contents" at the top right side of our website
Proceed to secure Checkout
When you are ready to purchase your item(s), click on "Checkout" at the top right side of our website. Our checkout process is fast, easy and secure.
After you click Checkout, you will be asked to confirm your billing and shipping details, confirm your order and then you will be taken to the payment page. Here you can choose to pay through either Paypal or use your credit card directly. After you choose your option, you will be taken either to Paypal.com or to 2Checkout.com, please complete the process there.

Q: How often is the stock updated on our website?
A: We are constantly adding to our expansive collection of products. By regularly updating our product lines we are able to supply you with most current trends and new model releases.
Q: Is international shipping available? To what international destinations do you ship?
A: We currently ship to international addresses.
Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A: We currently accept most major credit cards (via Paypal).
Q: How do I know when my order has been received?
A: If paying by Paypal, customer will only receive that the receipt from for your payment to tbeyond.com. If you have paid by direct credit card payment and not through PayPal then we will be sending you the receipt.
Q: How do I know when my order has been shipped?
A: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us. This e-mail confirms that your order or part of your order has shipped. You may receive multiple e-mails depending on the items you selected.
Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Customer have any enquiries, forward email to
enquiry@tbeyond.com refer Order Transaction ID. Once purchase has been shipped, we will email a confirmation with order transaction id only.
Q: Can I ship to my office or another residential address even if it is different than my billing address?
A: While, you can ship to an office address, a residential address other than your billing address must be listed with your credit card company
Q: Are the product images on your site photographs of the actual merchandise?
A: Yes, all of the product images on our website are images of our actual merchandise.
Q: During the order and shipment process, when is my credit card billed?
A: Your credit card is billed when your order is received.
Q: Can I get a catalog of your product assortment sent to me?
A: You can only view the product assortment online in our web store.

Returns
Q: When can I expect to receive the item I sent to you for exchange/repair/refund?
A: We will notify you of the status of your query by e-mail.
Q: Can I exchange a product I purchased on tbeyond.com?
A: You can exchange an item as long as the original purchase meets all of the return criteria. However, we will not reship a product until we receive the original item back for inspection. This is entirely on our discretion.
Q: May I return a product that was special ordered or customized?
A: Products that was special ordered or customized cannot be returned.
Q: Is there a preferred method by which I should return an item to you?
A: Ship your return via some sort of insured postage since we cannot be held responsible if your parcel goes missing. Return to the address listed at the top of the invoice.

Policies
Cancellations
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
- Item(s) not available.
- Difficulty in processing your payment information.
- Cannot ship to address provided.
- Duplicate order was placed.
- Cancelled due to a customer request.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an important notice regarding your order via e-mail which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in alternative products, please contact
customer service by e-mail for a recommendation.

Returns & Exchanges
Credits
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase as soon as possible upon our receipt of your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost up to a maximum of USD10.00 if the return is a result of a shipping error on our part.

Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact customer service no later than 5 business days of receipt. On a case by case basis, we will cover shipping charges up to a maximum of USD10.00 upon our receipt of the defective or mis-delivered item which must be returned fully intact with the original packaging via insured postage.
If there is extensive damage to the parcel refuse the order and contact customer service immediately. Please have your order number available when you contact customer service.

Money Back Guarantee
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from PDair. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, you may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, or other charges, subject to the time period specific to that product and according to our Return/Exchange Instructions .
The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original packaging and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; if applicable, the clear plastic wrapping has not been torn or removed; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or a store credit, at your option. If you choose a refund, the adjusted purchase price will be credited in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

Returns & Exchanges
Under the distance selling regulations you are entitled to return any products bought from us 7 days after receiving goods purchased and receive a full refund (less Postage and Packaging), assuming that the goods are in their original pristine condition and merchantable condition. All you pay for is the cost of their return shipping.
Products return at cost and risk of consumer.
Goods remain purchaser's responsibilities until received by us, we advice you to use insured delivery via international shipping.
Postage and Packing will only be refunded for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied item(s).
All funds are returned to the same payment method that was used to pay for the order, and may take up to two weeks to appear on the account. If you have paid by cheque monies will be refunded by cheque.
Refund will be provided within 7 workdays from receipt of returned goods.
In order to ensure your interests are best served, we require you to email to
orders@tbeyond.com first. Please include your order number in any correspondence.

A) By Paypal
Paypal also accepts most credit card payments. Please note that you'll need to be a Paypal member to make a payment. Usually takes 4 working days to become a member and will involve registering with Paypal and verifying your credit card and other details with documentary proof. Paypal securely processes our Credit Card transactions. If you already have a Paypal account then we strongly advise you to use it, otherwise you can utilize the other options. Paypal is a well know online payment service provider
B) Directly by Credit Card (2CO is our out-sourced vendor solution)
You can pay directly with your Mastercard or Visacard if you do not have a PayPal account. Please note that if you choose this option, you will be taken directly to www.2checkout.com for paying, which means that we will not be storing your sensitive credit card details on our servers.

We use the industry standard encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to keep your order information secure.
We have established a Secure Shopping Guarantee for every transaction that you make with us. Should any unauthorized charges appear on your credit card as a result of shopping with us, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Please note that we DO NOT store your credit card details on our website or servers. With Paypal, you enter your card details there only once. With 2Checkout you dont enter your credit card details in 2Checkout.com's SSL secured pages.
